Refunds:
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Damaged/Defective items:
Though each item is personally inspected for defects and packaged securely to prevent damage, we will replace items that arrive damaged and/or defective within 7 days of receipt. Please email returns@clayurnpublishing.com along with your order number and photos of the damage/defect.
Missing/Lost Shipments:
If a delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping company, we are unable to issue a replacement for a claimed missing shipment. Please check with the carrier for missing packages and file a claim prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number when you contact us. If your delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more (not delivered within 15 days), please contact us at returns@clayurnpublishing.com so that we can file a claim on your behalf. A replacement order will be issued accordingly. Clay Urn Publishing LLC is not responsible for replacing orders that are lost due to incorrect information on your order submission.
